the word "forced diversity" might as well be a racist dogwhistle at this point, because 99% of the people using it are doing so to be racist. like, i'm sorry that nonwhite people exist?? literally cry about it???

This is racism.

Minorities existing is not forced diversity. Minorities existing in media, in the work force (and especially higher ranking jobs), or just going about their every day business are not forced diversity.

We are just people who deserve exactly as much as white people. (And maybe some more to make up for historical injustice.)

The head of Google Gemini, Jack Krawczyk, today put out a very halfhearted apology of sorts for the anti-white racism built into their AI system, which, while not much, is at least some kind of an acknowledgement of how badly they've fucked up in creating a machine to rewrite history specifically to fit in with a very partisan present-day political agenda, and an assurance that they were going to do better moving forward:

I loved your "Forced Diversity" video. Like what would "unforced diversity" even look like to those parroting that cliche?

I best suspect it would be....older. essentially, before the time they noticed diversity.
