Ah,... not again. Why did such frustrating situations keep occurring? His sense of direction was definitely one of his weaknesses, so why expect any better? The withered trees, the deserted building and the strange fog concealing their feet didn’t ring a bell. Doubtlessly, he had never been there before and he wished it would have just remained that way. In fact, the place seemed not only unfamiliar but more importantly freaking creepy.

“I think we’re lost.” He mumbled in a slightly desperate tone, the howling of the wind appropriate to the ridiculous atmosphere drowning out his voice. It was almost like it picked a fight with him. And also, of course, Kanda's exaggerated reaction was to be expected.

“How am I supposed to know that, you bastard!?” He snapped, “It’s because you didn’t bring a map,--!”

Random, creepy background noises interrupted their bitching. He froze on the spot, shifting his eyes to the side. What on earth was that? Ha-ha...ahaha.

“...?” He cast a glance at Kanda’s sour face, trying hard to play it cool.
