I couldnt help but notice that the old man's driver from the latest chapter looks very similar to Fusae Campbell's driver, Billy.
Indeed. I noticed his similarity immediately as well while reading File 1090. He does however not have the same visible cheekbones like Billy’s, so he is most likely is different character. However, the fact that Gosho drew him and revealed him to have foreign features makes me believe he is being setup to potentially be relevant in the plot, along with the mysterious old man (who I suspect is Haneda Kohji's father, Haneda Yasuharu). I look forward to seeing more from those two, so I can progress some of the suspicions I have about him.
