The zone hopping unicorn man from Stc. He only showed up once, tested Tails' character, and peaced out forever. But I like to imagine that he's absurdly powerful, yet peaceful and benevolent given that he apparently created a pocket dimension to test if Tails would sniper Robotnik if given the chance, and that he can zone jump on his own without any tools.
