I’ve been playing a lot of forespoken lately and i’m love auden and frey so much!

I probably ain't gonna play Forespoken and have very little interest in it but it's incredibly suspicious that THIS is the game where the internet all of a sudden cares about shitty one-liners and cringey dialogue

Like yeah, the dialogue isn't great. But think about why, out of all the games with bad dialogue, this one just so happens to be the one that everyone all at once decided was a problem

I am the kind of person that firmly believes that in most cases, people should actually look at/ experience a media product before giving in depth opinionated criticism; that way they can actually have their own perspective instead being an echo chamber. I’m specifically talking about things such as a book, movie, television show, video game; things like that.

It’s this mindset that has lead me too look at many things when I could’ve just listened to a friend’s review. Anyways, I beat Forspoken….

Remember when Joss Whedon's writing style was considered sharp, witty, funny, and original?

Because, oddly enough, I do, and it kinda hurts to think about nowadays.

I swear if Forespoken and Atomic Heart really do kill off voiced protagonists in then at least we had Chai. God forbid we get mute Cassie Drake in the new Uncharted game that acts like a zombie taking orders from people for the new Uncharted games in a misguided attempt to “immerse the player”
