This is too perfect, isn't it? Every hinge on every door is handmade, lighted intricate dioramas can be found as well as cut-outs to display your treasures, and most of the basic furnishings are included!

This is different. It's a handcrafted off-grid house, and it does have electricity inside. It's on 81 acres of land in Jasper, AR, built right into the rock, and has 1bd, 1ba. I would call it a fixer-upper and it needs a good cleaning. It looks to be 3 stories high.

It's an ambitious build. They did the tile floors themselves and looks like they may have chopped down the trees from the surrounding land. There's a mural, too. I guess that this is the main living area.

It's an open concept room and larger than it looks from outside.

Interesting stair railings.

Large heat stove.

Then, here they made a knotty pine kitchen that looks like a little stand.

I would say that this is the bedroom.

Looks like a table. I really don't know what this room is, but I think it's on the 3rd level.

Whatever this is, is colorful.

The bath is surprisingly large.

Probably a water tank.

The lot is very wooded and this area near the house has the huge boulder.

The house looks nice in summer surrounded by trees.

There's a very significant amount of land - 81 acres, so of course it's going to be isolated, b/c it's surrounded by so much acreage.

I've never seen a listing where they focused on a special feature of the house and not the rooms. This is a 1980 modern cabin in the woods of Graeagle, CA. It has 3bs, 2ba, and is $499K. If you like trains, you'll love it.

It's very cozy. The carpet is a little stained by the door, though, so that will probably need changing, b/c it's as old as the house. I like the idea of the little houses on the soffit over the kitchen.

The kitchen is pretty big. Nice Shaker cabinetry.

And, this concludes the tour of the house. It looks nice, I would've liked to have seen the rest of it. They have a lot of stuff. Maybe it's a mess. According to the listing, it has one room that is a museum of train artifacts.

And, this is the focus of the listing- the model trains running throughout the house. I guess all of this will stay, then, and it's very dirty. I see Gorilla Glue, but what's that Repel in the cans? It looks like bug spray. Not very appealing.

Then, the tracks and the Bug Town actually go outside.

It kind of looks old and dried out, like the moss.

And, here it is going under the house, I think.

I don't know where we are here, but it looks like some sort of pergola.

And, here comes the train. This must've been magnificent when it was fresh.

Then, the train proceeds thru this jungle.

This must be what the description calls a fabulous, luscious green house at the end of the large deck.

There's only 1 neighbor down the road from the 10.18 acre lot.
