The advent of community stations offering work experience...
There are hundreds of community stations currently in the UK, that all have to fulfill their OFCOM remits; to serve their geographical location and provide them with regular local news, travel, weather and sport.
A good example of this is Forest FM; which is based in Verwood. This particular station is staffed primarily by non-paid volunteers and they are always looking for more help from local people...
