If we were to look at our lives, what would be front and center? Would it be Jesus or something else taking up our attention?

As Christians we want our actions to truly represent our faith and reflect God's love. If our actions go against our words then we are living falsely.

The devil is going to work hard to pull our focus away from God and look to earthly things, but fulfillment cannot come from earthly things.

Remember that God's greatest commandment is to love God with our heart, soul, and mind. Love is the foundation of a true relationship.

As Christians we can feel like our lives are crumbling around us. In response to the stress we may isolate ourselves from friends, family, and eventually Jesus.

Warrior Christians understand that we need to submit to Jesus and our hope needs to be anchored in Him.

Warriors are not immune to failure. We will fail, but what separates us from average Christians is that warrior Christians get back up again!

One of the ways we can submit and anchor ourselves in Jesus is through baptism. Have you been baptized? Do you hear the call?

Not all warriors are found on the battlefield. Some are found in the quiet at home.

Job has the heart of a warrior. He never fought in a battle, threw a spear, or took a punch. Instead, he endured years of suffering. Job lost everything, but never turned his back on God. He experienced tremendous suffering and remained faithful to God.

In the end, everything that Job lost was restored and God blessed him. 

Sometimes it isn’t the fight that proves a warrior’s strength. Sometimes strength comes from withstanding the attack.

We do not fight for everything; we fight for the right reason. If we fight without reason we are merely destructive. Sometimes warriors need to fight and other times they need to take a hit. What is our battle? How will we fight?

If we look inside we will find we have the heart of a warrior. God created us in His image and we are told He is a warrior. Jesus stood up to pharisees. He stood up for what was right and just. At times Jesus fought and other times he turned His cheek.

Jesus was BOTH a servant and a warrior. Go and be a warrior.
