It was a pleasure to help this returning customer to www.fix-ya-pc.co.uk They required their Lenovo Laptop to be reset to factory settings. However they had forgotten their password to access the laptop.

This customer had a very old E-System EI-3101 Laptop which had important pictures stored on the hard drive. Unfortunately they were unable to remember the password to the laptop. Blog title nightmare

Ugh cannot figure how to change any details on the iPad app and being delightfully absent minded cannot remember my log in details to go on the laptop and change them... Le sigh!
