My flight path coming into Portland tonight kept changing due to so much smoke caused by the fires in California and Oregon. They only had one runway open then when we went to land there was a small plane stopped on the runway and we had to pull up in the circle for the third time on @Delta #portland #airport #intheroadagain #backhome #forjustamoment #design in the #sky by #Delta #runway (at Portland International Airport)

Pause.

For just a moment. 

Feel your body. 

Feel your mind.

Feel your environment.

Feel yourself.

For just a moment. 

See your existence. 

See your space.

See the light.

See yourself.

For too long, we go without any attention to our existence, our life, our feelings. 

The sunlight hitting the railings outside of your apartment window. How warm it must feel, how natural it is, and how passionate it shines without any doubt that it isn't needed.

The spider webs, webbed intricately into the corners of your roof gutters. The way it sways in the wind unnoticed, the home of a small creature that is nowhere in sight. 

Take a second, a moment, and not laugh at the fact that you're just staring at the most insignificant scenes. Only laugh at the fact that we all take this for granted.
