alice has always been intuitive her entire life. whenever important events would happen in her life, alice would know bits and bops about it. whether they would have a positive or negative impact on her life.
it wasn’t until her father hired a hitman and killed her mother that alice received more the a gut feeling, instead she saw flashes of what happened once she came close to the truth. when she wanted to confront her father, she got tucked away in the insane asylum. she was the talk of the town, declaring her either insane or a witch for she did unexplainable things and in that era it was rather frowned upon.
alice short hair cut was received the moment she entered the asylum. during her stay she received mostly shock therapy and was drugged up on medications, making her forget more and more each and every single day. at the end of her human life, alice couldn’t even remember her own name.
the vampire who changed her was a groudkeeper that treated her like his own daughter and tested her abilities, making her a valuable human. it wasn’t until a vision of james appeared the moment he took a wiff of her scent that alice knew her dead was coming near. she tried to escape with the vampire, however whichever escape plan they made up, it never ended well. it wasn’t until the moment he turned her that she knew she was going to make it. to distract james, the groundkeeper paid for it with his own life.
when she was turned, memories of her former life were blurred from her mind, making her wander for months without even knowing her own name. it wasn’t untill a vision appeared from a young southern man uttering a single name that she claimed back her name. alice.
him uttering her name gave a beacon of hope, something she clung onto for her dear life in the hope of finding out more. it was through her visions that she eventually found the young man, jasper. even when she figured out where he would be, it took another few months before they officially met. alice never liked the outcome of their meetings. it needed to be perfect.
the more time she spend with jasper, the more memories would appear from her past life. even the bad, the murder of her mother and her time in the asylum would return for these stories would be spoken from her own lips.
two years after meeting, they joined the cullen family and got married. from time to time they would travel for months at a time, but in the end they always returned to the family.
even all that she had endured, alice knows the future is able to change as long as you put your mind to it, making her a happier and optimistic person. she does not fear the future, nor would she look back on her past for it shaped her.
currently in college for gender studies. as the little snob that she is, she became the head of a sorority and living her best life for girls to support girls. she is very much in the feministic movement and strives for equal rights even when it wouldn’t change much for her position.
always busy organizing events and fundraisers, alice really tries to make a difference in the world. the feministic movement she is seeing in this day and age makes her thrive on it. at times she even forgets the duties of her own family.
but once she gets a bad feeling or a bad premonition, alice will be all momma bear mode and get things done to prevent the probable future from happening. after all, alice cares for every being that has the potential of doing good in this world.

i don’t wanna rip off the twins backstory from ( HERE ) either bcuz this page is a pretty good description of their stance in the coven, powers and backstory as well. one main thing that is being changed in his backstory is the age him & jane were turned — instead of being in their early teens, they were turned into vampired at 26.
even tho he’s often confused for being the “nice” twin, but that’s far away from the truth. alec might seem a bit more level headed, he’s equally as ruthless and will kill if given the chance / task. he has an undying hate for humans, and doesn’t really vocalize it, but it can be seen in the way he hunts.
also believes that chelsea had no influence on him to completely devote himself to aro, but we will never know !

-She’s a Scorpio, born on Halloween of 97′ and while to some that’s fun, to her that meant she was written off as a demon spawn from the moment she took her first breath.
-Her father, Adem, didn’t want children while his wife Aysel, had always dreamed of being a mother. Aysel’s marriage to Adem had been happy at first...on her end. Adem simply married to get his parents to leave him alone. Aysel had been the perfect wife anyone could ask for, and still, it couldn’t save her from Adem’s abusive behavior.
-When Aysel discovered she was pregnant, this only made the abuse grow worse. Somehow she managed to make it to her third trimester but gave birth two weeks before time after Adem had hit her hard enough to send her into labor.
-Aysel loved her baby from the moment she found out she was pregnant, that love had never faltered and only grew the moment she held her daughter. Adem, on the other hand, believed their child to be the works of evil and named her as such, something Americanized and possessing the meaning: To Heal.
-Adem’s behavior never progressed beyond such a heinous state and his abusive habits traveled to his daughter.
-At age 7, Jayson discovered she could make her mother see things to make her happy and subsequently feel the emotions attributed to those visions. This skill helped alleviate some of the pain Aysel felt but only briefly. When Jayson attempted to use this ability on her father, he reacted terribly and only became more convinced his daughter is nothing more than a demon.
-Things reached a horrible breaking point when Jayson came home from school to an eerily quiet home. She found Aysel’s body, dead from self-inflicted wounds.
-This incident allowed Adem to relent on his physical abuse but he instead began drowning away his problems in alcohol. He began neglecting Jayson to the point where her school had to step in and contacted children’s services. He gave no protest when they took her away and put her into Foster Care. Jayson never saw her father again.
-She spent a decade being shuffled from one Foster home to the next. Some were decent, most were terrible, her last one had been among the decent ones, they never saw her as a daughter and only had her there for the checks...until things took a turn with their biological son. He and Jayson entered into a relationship. Within the first month, everything had been fine, the second is when his obsessive and abusive habits began showing themselves. Jayson turned eighteen and tried to escape him and his careless parents but he refused to let her leave. The night she attempted to escape, Jayson had been beaten within an inch of her life. The minute she could walk on her own, she fled the hospital and in turn her now ex-boyfriend.
-She’s been running ever since, encountering him across several states. She’s now in Forks, Washington; her biological mother’s hometown.

athenodora is one of the oldest vampires in existence, even older then any of the leaders of the volturi. it wasn’t until caius fled from the romanian coven that she traveled with him, becoming his mate not long after. from the moment they met, athenodora hasn’t deviated from his site. athenodora was there at the creation of the volutri and stood by her husband and his principles like a wife should.
after three centuries of forming the volturi and being a loyal member, didyme got murdered, which resulted in her being locked away forever. the death of didyme showed the errors and vulnerability of their coven, there aro and caius came to the agreement that their wifes must be protected at all cost.
athenodora has spend the next two millennia trapped in her own tower, together with sulpicia. corin has accompanied them many times, only to renew their loyality and contentment with the situation. athenodra rarely leaves her tower and therefore doesn’t know nor understand the world she lives in today.
although athenodora is ancient and lived thousands of lives, she never had a life of her own. she never had the freedom to make her own choice and create her own happiness, she therefore doesn’t truly know who she is. this results in childlike behavior at times and always clinging to her husband, afraid of the unknown.
her heart is gentle and her loyalty lays with caius and sulpicia and would do anything in her power to make them happier. athenodora only sees humans as a source to feed from and has yet to feed without killing. being locked away for such a long time makes her unaware of how powerful she truly is.
