I may been ordered to give up on gluten in my diet, but doesn't have to mean I must completely give up good living!
Can still enjoy my favourite dishes, with just a bit of adjustment to the recipes. And making sure to double check ingredients lists on everything.
Today's Danish meatloaf was excellent even with minor adjustment to make it gluten safe. And checked the ingredients on my fave ready sauce from locale store, and it should be as safe as it is delicious. No mention of wheat in its production.
I still have a lot of adjustment to do with my daily life, and still worry about social eating and going out with friends and family. A lot of things I have to avoid and can't expect gluten free options for, everywhere I go.
But many many other people before me has survived for years with gluten intolerance, so I should be able to too!
