A lot of the issues that occur between Pam and Angela happen because they're both cats. Honest, I really do think that's what it is.

I went through a lot of choices with Kelly, and was particularly fond of the idea of her having a Himalayan Rabbit, but I went with the Vine Snake. I think a lot of people have preconceived notions on who Kelly is, just like a lot of people judge snakes. I think it was a good match. Kelly is allowed to call him Yanny. I dare anyone else to try.

The Tenrec is such an interesting mammal. It's not a opossum, or hedgehog, or shrew, or mouse. They're literally only found on Madagascar. They're singularly unique, but look like every other small rodent-like creature.

Kevin was going to have something different, but then I saw this picture of that spaniel. That was it. Galene affectionately goes by Gala, like the apple.

With he exception of Creed, everyone in this group had several options. At different points, Toby, Phyllis, and Darryl were all dogs (Chesapeake Retriever, Cardigan Welsh Corgi, and English Mastiff respectively). I still think those are all good picks, and may change my mind later, but I love these just as much.

Toby always seemed like the antithesis of Dwight, but I loved the idea of them both having bird with similar color schemes.

No one actually knows what Creed's dæmon's name is. On all of the employee records of Creed, her name is redacted. He calls her something different about every week. She responds every time.

I chose those birds for Oscar and Meredith specifically because both species are famous for their ability to mimic. I think Oscar and Meredith, at several different points, both try to be someone their not.

On another note for Meredith, Deneb is obviously named after the star in the Cygnus constellation, but Deneb is derived from the Arabic word for "tail". My, what a tail he has.

Sweet Andy needed something just as sweet, and that's what I thought of. A big, wrinkly, goofy dog, who smiles and sighs a lot at her human's antics.

Stanley is a wombat. Do not fight me on this.

In honor of @firstginger and their dæmonquiz, Sinny has decided that she wants to try being a barn owl for a while. It's not an identity crisis, because Sinny and I are both very sure of who we are. I think it's more that she enjoys different perspectives.

Here is what she thinks so far:

• "Its quite nice to fly." "Sin, you've been birds before." "Yes, but none of them flew so well."

• "I see you cleaning yourself a lot more as an owl." "Feathers are more upkeep."

• "Can you see in the dark like this?" "I don't think so. If you can't, I don't think I can."

• "Hey, do you think we're wiser now that we're an owl?" "If you have to ask I think the answer is no."

I thought it would be neat to show the different forms Narsinah has taken.

Sinny CIE on November 12th, 2009 (she's almost 10), and settled in early 2013 (we don't have a solid date because a lot was happening and we didn't notice until later). Although Sinny took many forms in that time, these were our favorite or most comfortable.

We false settled our sophomore year as a spotted bat. It was probably 11 months we took that form. Our fancy form was the fire salamander, which Sinny would take when we wanted to impress someone. The horse is a Percheron, a large draft breed. Sinny only used that when we needed to be brave, something big and intimidating. Even today, sometimes she'll slip into her borzoi or lynx form, just to be bigger for a change.

Does anyone have any sort of symbolic analysis or analytical analysis on the Cooper’s Hawk? I couldn’t find anything on the forum, unless they also go by another name.
