I Just Realized Something...

The final area in Pikmin 3 is called "Formidable Oak."

Oak is a type of tree.

Trees have sap.

The final boss was found on a stump of a tree.

The final boss is made of liquid.

And it has a similar color to sap.

......did we just fight sentient tree sap?
