For as long as Brent can remember, he wanted to be a necromancer. He was born, gifted with skills that far surpassed other sorcerers that he was aware of, and that had much to do with his parental lineage. Having a mother who is a primordial goddess cure helped him gain resources, and the full access to the Book of the Dead only secured him to this title.
However, he cannot do this alone. He knew society would not accept him if he made this fact open, so he kept this as a secret and only shared when it was convenient. Even other wielders of magic believed this to be a dark art, that it passed boundaries that should not be passed. He needed allies, those who can protect him in ways he cannot do for himself. Powerful beings were all around, he simply needed to evoke them. Although, he was a master of evoking the dead, how was he supposed to translate that skillset into evoking the very-much alive, and on top of that, immortal?
He was going to try anyway, and in his deep concentration and a search spell, he called out for the sorceress supreme- Morgan Le Fay.
“If you hear me, show yourself,” he uttered a second time, shifting from ancient Latin to English. “Oh powerful enchantress, let your presence be found!”
