I finally made this doc after growing tired of having to continuously explain to people and keep my mouth shut every time someone refers to her as "he" or "leo's son" over not wanting to spill all of this information onto them out of the blue. I am trans-fem myself, and that’s where my perspective is coming from in regards to this.

If people feel comfortable head-canoning her as a he/him lesbian, that’s great, and I welcome he/him lesbians to add their thoughts, but as a trans-fem person myself seeing someone use she/her pronouns for her is comforting because it signals to me that there is no chance of them viewing her as a cishet man (yes there are gay men that use she/her pronouns but because she is not attracted to men that isn’t relevant to her)
