Crissa and Forseth (some promotional art)
Basically, I was trying out some different pens for the inking process for the upcoming comic, Someone to Watch Over Me, so that’s how these came about.

Basically, I was trying out some different pens for the inking process for the upcoming comic, Someone to Watch Over Me, so that’s how these came about.

So… if you don’t follow me on Bluesky, you may have missed it… but STWOM is becoming a thing! I’m working on chapters (illustrating it, I mean), and I’m trying to figure out how to release it… hmm… anyway. Enjoy a poster with Forseth and some of the main cast in the back!
This took so long to complete, but it was so worth it. 36 different and random expressions, featuring Forseth.
So here’s the thing. I could have used a pre-made template… but then I didn’t and drew out random expressions and then wrote out what they were 😂 So if you want a template, let me know and I can share the blank copy.
So I did this one a little while back, and… yeah. I’m not anywhere near the ability animate, and it originally wasn’t going to be this way. But that’s okay lol
I have some other chibis I’ll do, but for now… have a Crissa/Forseth and two Keits/Brek chibis!

Okay so I had this doodle sitting in my iPad for a while, so I finally got around to finishing it.
I have another character art design that I want to get done too, so… a mission for another day.
Anyway - Forseth and Crissa spend a good amount of time trying to best one another and seeing who can get flustered first. (Spoiler : it’s usually Forseth.)
The Shadow Demon
While Forseth's primary power is that of a Mind Magist (psychic), he is technically a Shadow Demon, which means that no matter the elemental power he wields, he will always be able to manipulate shadows. For the most part, he prefers just to traverse through shadows, but in a pinch will often manipulate them to do his will.
Because Forseth is technically a Shadow Demon, he does have two forms. He has his more human-like appearance, and then he has a shadowy form. He doesn't call upon that form very often, as it is taxing on both him and his twin brother, Haseo. But in a pinch...
This originally started off as a shading experiment, and then sort of took a life of its own.
