Abilities for Forsterite?

Forsterite is a crystal that is found in meteorites and is heavily associated with igneous rocks. Peridot is closely related to as well. So perhaps some form of kinesis like Peridot’s Ferrokinesis? Like geothermalkinesis, or terrakinesis. 

Alternatively, your character could summon or create stars. Or even become a shooting star (2 links) themselves. And another possibility is that they could ignite their hands on fire, giving them a fiery meteor punch.
