SEND THE FOLLOWING SYMBOLS TO MEET NPC’S IN MY CHARACTERS LIFE.

‘Changed’ her life – yeah, Sato definitely changed her life. And nope, not in a positive way. Sato was the ‘senpai’ in the generic shojo manga situation of Lenora’s life [[ when she’s raised in Japan, that is. When she’s in America, his equivalent is named Seth. But I’ll still with one name for now.]] that she figured she would never have a chance with.

Through some form of chance/luck/circumstance, they do end up together as they graduate high school. For the most part, it’s a happy relationship, but he doesn’t seem to have much time for her. She lets it slide and tries to be understanding, but eventually she finds him cheating on her. 

Ah, just dump him and get over it, yeah? Well – nope! Her horrors don’t end there. After she cuts him out of her life, she discovers she’s pregnant. At 20. She has no choice but to terminate the pregnancy, which ultimately …well, it totally affects her life. 

So yeah. There’s that. :)
