So refreshing to get to a class at @crossfit_shapesmiths dedicated to gymnastics skills, finally something years of canoeing gives me an advantage with. I've missed being on the rings! I LOVE MY PROTEIN SHAKES! What goes into yours? I try cram in about 3-4 fruit and veg portions for carb and vitamins, some nuts and seeds for healthy fats and a heaped scoop of my @maximuscle #promax. You really are what you eat. $60 for a day pass at the gym in Miami's South Beach is outrageous, so I spent the afternoon working on my handstand holds under the palm trees, with a little trip up to the muscle beach for some pull ups and muscle ups too. @maximuscle #forthefew #homeofgains (at South Beach)
