Cocktails on the roof of Hotel Unique watching the skyline, followed by an outrageous amount of meat at a rodizio for our final night in São Paulo, and South America. 2 months has felt like it’s shot past in just 2 weeks. It’s been the holiday of a lifetime, we’ve seen some of the most beautiful places on this planet, met some wonderful new friends, and I’m so happy I got to share it all with my boyfriend, best friend, and partner in crime @ben_fr_uk. Time to do a couple more bits of touristing, and then its off to Paris for 3 days before jetting back to London. I’m dreading going back into winter, I’m not sure I’ll be able to support all that clothing!! Hahaha 😂🤪 (at Hotel Unique Sao Paulo)

Carnival has been CRAZY in Rio and Sao Paulo, I can’t get over how much fun it’s been. Clearly couldn’t contain my excitement here hahaha...maybe that was the open bar 🙊🤪. Category is soaking wet nautical snow garden gnomes who can barely keep their eyes open in all the rain, spray and mist from the Iguaçu falls in Brazil. WE’RE BACK IN BRAZIL... on our way to Rio where we just found out our appartment is double booked and we now have no where to stay. Fml. (at Iguaçu National Park)

Sweaty and mingin in Buenos Aires for one final morning here before flying to Iguaçu falls. Thanks @bigg.fit for a hideous cardio wod, probably the last we’ll manage to get done before Carnival in Rio friday so i’m glad it was horrible haha. This 2 month travelling has been incredible but I’m looking forward to getting back into a routine in London next month! (at BIGG Recoleta)

Beach day at Chihuahua beach in Punta del Este. It’s a nudey beach (no I was a true lady and kept my white-bits hidden here haha). It was lush... until I sunburnt both cheeks and got stung by a jellyfish on my **** when having a pee in the sea. 😂😩 (at Chihuahua, Uruguay)

💦💦💦 Hands up who’s done crossfit in a box when its 35°c outside, no aircon inside only 2-3 asthmatic fans, with 60 other people working out (god knows what the temperature was in there), and several rather distractingly beautiful Uraguayan man mountains distracting your gaze...WE HAVE. Jeez. Get me an evain spritz bottle and a cold towel. Hahaha. Though something tells me its a bit late for caring about ‘being ready’ for Rio next week. 😂🍰💦💦💦 (at Montevideo, Uruguay)

We’ve met up in Sydney, NewYork, Madrid, and now Drinking earthquakes in Santiago whilst getting judged from behind for slipping some armpit 😂 with our favourite Chilean @ramontero. Loved the city and can’t wait to come back again when we return for a Patagonia excursion in a few years! Adios Chile, Hola Argentina!! See you in a couple of hours Buenas Aires!! #trainhard #gaintrain #thomastheTANKengine 😂🤦🏼‍♀️ When I was growing up I was OBSESSED with trains, whenever it was a day for me and my dad and he asked where did I want to go, everytime it was the train museum in York. This train graveyard in Uyuni brought me all the feels back! Although I’m not sure I’d have been allowed to be climbing over these huge lumps of sharp rusted metal at the age of 4, and I definitley wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else with children 😂 tetanus shots at the ready!! Stuck WiFi-less for 3 days, I couldn’t wait to ruin the view of this world wonder. Being on the Uyuni salt flats has made me THIRSTY! 😂💦 ‘BUTT’ all jokes aside, this has to be one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen, and we were lucky enough to catch it in baking sunshine, a day after heavy rain which creates this mirror effect. I’m a moon, duh. After the longest day 2 days ago, stuck on a boat on lake Titicaca (sniggers like a child at the name hahha) with one broken engine and 60+ livid travellers, we made it to the island of the moon and the virgin temple.
