Before and after pics of my $60 BJD I bought from Amazon as a project/experiment. She’s meant to be a water dragon in the final form I have her in. I’m really happy with this result!
Mod process: complete repaint, changed bust size and shape, added scales around hands, feet, and neck, repainted eyes, made a custom wig, and sewed new clothes.
More on the Dream Fairy recast case. Found more hand sets they've copied. I know some people thought the first set of hands I photographed were just "similar". But look, they now have copied three DD hands along with the Angell Studio hands. It's beyond coincidence my friends. Those are the exact same hands.

I think it had to be Puff who posted something about this doll and I really liked its hair, so I finally ordered one. Kinda flimsy body, but I really like her clothes, though the fur trim seems realish. I wish its face was a little more.. idk, happy maybe, but with the hair and outfit and all the fur and feathers and flowers, I think it’s still pretty nice.

Aaaand I bought some cute shoes on Aliexpress that didn't mention a brand, and when they got here today, they turned out to be branded inside and under the sole with Dream Fairy and DBS. :(
