I FUCKING HATE EXAMS
modern romeo and juliet but benvolio realizes he's gay for mercutio at around the same time Romeo is coming home from the balcony scene(yeah he comes home in this version, no he does not check his email)
so you can just hear love songs BLASTING at top volume from romeo's room
meanwhile Benvolio is screaming into a pillow and throwing his friendship bracelet from Mercutio across the room

Whoops Tumblr hates external links so new post time!
This is Scam Likely and Ness Sowell. Scam is a wizard, and perhaps fittingly, a con artist, who has tricked their way into museums, universities, and palaces. Ness is an Eladrin assassin stuck in Winter, desperately searching for his place in the world.
Together these two lovable idiots (and they are idiots, believe me) make a family. And make Fortune's Fools!
Fortune's Fools is, in fiction, an adventuring company that takes on contracts to help people who need helping. The world is a dark place, and they do what they can to make it a little brighter.
The real world is a dark place too, so we thought it was high time to bring Fortune's Fools to all of you! We'll be doing less in the way of dungeon crawling and curse breaking, but hopefully more in the way of making you smile. Starting on September 1st, we'll have daily updates on all our social media, leading up to the premiere of our Actual-Play we series, a Tale of the Terminally Fey, coming out on September 25th!
We want to turn what we love into something you'll love too. I'm going to throw up a link to my first post here, and this has links to everything else!
If you're looking for some more fantasy shenanigans in your life, we may just be the place to turn! 💙♥️
Exploring Ul’dah and ran into @magitekmammet. Also met @yulu-and-co and @lalafellow, but I forgot to get a screenshot >.<
LALAFELL UNITE!
*handwaves* Do not question the pimp outfit.
attention tybalt and juliet capulet fans!!!!
i need some help here. I don't really get their characters in the play well enough to rewrite them into my modern au, and I need to do so in order to write the 2nd chapter of my wip. SO, if you guys have any headcanons/interpretations of them(specifically in the play but im open to other adaptation's versions), please reblog tjis post with it!! thanks!!!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY JULIET!!!
i will draw her soon i promise but i forgot to do so today :( so have some funny hcs for how her birthday went in Fortune's Fools(post series)!!
-they all decided on a surprise party for her(with a little convincing that she'll love it towards a skeptical tybalt)
-Romeo was firmly set on distraction duty(a mistake)
-Being a loyal boyfriend, he decides to do this by taking her out all day
-This...does not go well. Juliet is ready to go home by 3, and the plan was to distract her until 5.
-Romeo took her home, deciding that surely they'll be fine without the extra 2 hours. They were not fine.
-Mercutio, who was setting up decorations by the door, gasps very loudly and falls off of the ladder when he sees Juliet.
-Benvolio, who was carrying the cake, scrambles to catch Mercutio by basically tossing the pan onto the table(somehow works but sprinkles are now EVERYWHERE), before promptly failing and getting knocked over by his boyfriend.
-Tybalt and Valentine, both freshly home from the store bearing party hats and confetti popper things(idk what they're called) scramble to hide everything, accidentally setting off the confetti in their haste to act like nothing is happening.
-Rosaline luckily isnt so easily spooked, just very quickly and nervously slipping the presents onto the table.
-Mercutio and Benvolio are now in a heap on the floor surrounded by streamers. Valentine and Tybalt are standing completely still with wide eyes. Rosaline is slowly inching away. Romeo looks increasingly embarassed. Juliet is trying very hard not to laugh. Everyone is covered in sprinkles, confetti, or both.
-Benvolio, in the midst of the chaos, speaks up from where he's trying to untangle himself on the floor. "...happy birthday?"
-Juliet starts laughing. Like, on the floor, crying, slamming fist down laughing.
-...needless to say, the group spends the rest of the night watching movies and eating cake(after 20 minutes of cleaning up and getting Benvolio and Mercutio out of the streamers)
