Yesterday I went to a fortune teller. Why?

No.. I sadly don't believe in fortunes or oracles, although I do find the idea of another person having the capability to read another persons emotions and needs simply through non-verbal communication greatly interesting. But sadly enough, I think it was something that I needed. I needed an old decrepit woman to look at me, a 20 year old university student who has the world at her footsteps, and tell me that I had gone "stale". That I was no where I wanted to be, and that I was wasting away even though everyone away from me thinks that I'm doing fine.

Wasting away may be an exaggeration, but the lack of inspiration in one's life is a very exhausting experience. It's like a candle wick with no wax to stop the burn. I guess the inspiration is the wax, it holds the entire process together in the end.
