Loch Tulla by Dominic Williams Via Flickr: This is the last image I took during my trip to Scotland in October. Returning from Skye to my stopover in Arrochar, en route to Birmingham, I stopped at Loch Tulla for sunset. The light was mostly flat, but the clouds parted for five minutes to provide this beautiful warm image. "Gus an ath thuras Alba"
January 28, 2019 - Back to Red Hook
2 years have gone by since I first visited Red Hook, a neighborhood in Brooklyn. After frequently photographing major parts of Manhattan, I needed a change of scenery: Manhattan no longer inspires me to go out to take photos, period.
For the time being, I’m still stuck in New York City. I do have plans on visiting upstate and even Long Island, but that’s just substitution. The end goal is for me to get out of New York. Who knows when that’ll be.
Red Hook is still the miserable, freezing, hellish landscape I recall during my first visit; I haven’t gone here during any other season but Winter. Seems apt to me. Who knows? Maybe I’ll go back during Summer.
Saw the sky and clouds this morning and had to grab a few quick exposures... Balcony view West Knoxville, Tennessee Monday, March 5th, 2018 Like / Follow / Subscribe: Instagram | 500px | FineArtAmerica | LinkedIn | ViewBug

An attempt at getting myself out of a slump, only to fail miserably. Long exposure during daytime isn't as interesting as I thought.
