Man's Best-friend

Ive had this wicked head ache since like 3 this afternoon. I don’t know why, but its making me nauseous.

I did not sleep well last night. I kept waking up with anxiety about missing my alarm because I had set it for 605 instead of 615. Which sounds like not that much but my brain was like “no! everything is going to go wrong”. Which of course it didn’t.

I woke up and took my shower. I was grumpy but okay. I didn’t feel up to eating breakfast so I just left and ended up making the 714 express.  I got to the city early enough to take a slow walk and see the frozen fountain. It was nice actually.

I have to share a conversation I had with that girl Sandy that I like today. We were talking about lots of stuff and I mentioned that I started marathoning grey’s anatomy last night and made the comment that the beepers and old cell phones were funny. And she asked how to beepers even work? I explained that a number would come up and you would call that number. And she then asked how it connected to your cell phone. She had the most baffled look when I explained that you would be using a payphone, no cell phone involved. It was so funny to me.

It was very busy today with school groups and I was very hungry by noon. But my lunch was at 1 so I suffered through. I talked to the big boss about how the fog machine was bothering me and some other people and he said he would look into it but a few people said he can be disingenuous so I'm hoping for the best, but in the meantime Bonita says I don’t have to be in the P4 theater. Which is good but also makes me sad because I like that theater but I hate feeling bad after being there.

Me and Ian’s dinner got canceled again because I got to go home at 4 today and he had work until 5. It was okay though because my head is not good and I just wanted to come home.

But first I stopped for flowers and salad. I got the flowers to make a centerpiece for mom for thanksgiving and he birthday. I think she likes it. I think it looks very nice.

I'm going to watch my show now and rest my eyes.

Work 11-3 tomorrow. Then prep for Thursday.
