Chaos T’Oeur for both best and most likely to sing unprompted.

Since RL is part of the Steven Universe universe (I can’t believe that is an actual thing), she would be next on the lists, though she doesn’t sing very often.

Let it hence be known that Artemis K. Felding is anime trash, and when he isn’t training to dubstep, he’s usually listening to “girly” anime music.  He knows all of the words to most of the songs too.  Good luck actually catching him in the act though.
