 *Minor Spoilers* Here we join Aziraphale and Crowley as they are planning a Valentine's day social for their university's book club. This fic is a pretty pink heart-shaped candy box of t4t joy, rivalry shenanigans, unrealized sexual tension, and clever book references, and I've eaten the entire box!

There's such a life and charm to this story! It's fluffy and sweet, and their rivalry was very entertaining. There's tons of funny and clever lines that made me giggle, and others that have really rewarding character moments hidden inside. One of my favorites of these moments, was Aziraphale remembering each book club members favorite book. It's presented in a really wonderful narrative beat, but also shows us how Aziraphale loves and cares for his friends and club members. Crowley is just as caring, though of course he'll never want to be seen as being kind. He can't help it though, that boy has a heart of gold and a need to be of service to his loved ones.

The bulk of the story is sweet as pie and perfectly safe in public, but it wouldn't be an ineffabildaddy fic without tender, loving, and nurturing trans sex. There's a gorgeous little scene towards the end that made me feel like cupid shot an arrow right through my heart. Crowley's gender expression is especially dear to me, and seeing him represented as a transmasc character who isn't medically transitioning was so fresh and perfectly him. I just absolutely adore these two and this fic. It's such a kind love story, and an absolute mood boost if you need cheering up!

*Minor Spoilers* Welcome to Willowbrook Hall, or as I like to call it, The Gay and Trans School for Gay and Trans Teens. Come meet professors Mr. Fell and Mr. Crowley, and their colorful cast of teens as they spend the school year getting ready for the performance of a lifetime in the school play. This place has it all: hijinks, dances, costumes, drama, and best of all a cat.

What I really loved about this story was how cinematic it felt. Sure, some scenes intentionally reference a movie (Wild Child, so fun and camp!), but that's not what I mean. The whole thing plays out like a movie or its own TV show. We get big dramatic moments of romance and heartbreak, plus fun ones like a mini makeover, the school dance, and the play. And there is tons of subtle foreshadowing along the way that will make you jump up and down when things come to fruition. It's thrilling and engaging, and waiting for updates when this was a WIP was excruciating because I wanted to know what was going to happen next so badly!

The side characters especially are so much fun! I loved the kids and their side plots. Even though we don’t follow their story directly, we see enough to get hooked. Adam and Warlock are standouts, but they aren't the only ones I enjoyed! Honestly, I'd read a standalone from the kids perspective! The teachers are excellent too. I have a soft spot for Newt, who pops in now and then, always a sweetheart. Crowley could be in the depths of heartbreak and still manage a smile for Newt. All the teachers (plus Nina) don't feel like they're just there. I was interested in them, and you really get a sense of how much of a family they all are. It's a real skill to make side characters as interesting as the main duo.

Of course, the main attraction is Crowley and Aziraphale. They’ll make you fall in love with them all over again. They’re the perfect domestic couple well before they admit anything. So many lovely details about them, from note passing and bets, to their shared bond with Beethoven the cat (aka the best character ever). You'll experience everything with them: the highs of gender discovery and euphoria, and the lows of miscommunication and misunderstandings. What drama is complete without that? Yes, they’re a bit thick headed, and yes, a single conversation could have fixed everything. But where's the fun in that? I'm here for the drama! The pang of heartbreak and yearning makes the reunion so much sweeter! They are wonderfully characterized, and yet still have an air and life of their own. Unique to this story, but true to their characters.

You’ll be mostly safe reading this in public. There are a handful of explicit scenes but you should have enough notice to get away from prying eyes. The sex here is delicious and heart pounding! Plus the way that Crowley's gender fluidity plays into those scenes was very beautiful. There are so many reasons to love this story. It's engaging, cinematic, dramatic, funny, and romantic. This was an incredible achievement and I hope you have just as much fun and I did!

We join our couple during a date, their relationship is new and they are both still finding their footing. The anxieties, the anticipation, the newness of it all, is so relatable and this gives us the satisfaction of it all going perfectly. It feels like safety, they are both in loving hands and will be such supportive partners to each other.

The ending isn't too explicit and it's a shorter scene, so you could get away with this in public, but it deserves your undivided attention so savor this one at home!

Crowley is delighted when his next assignment as a Teaching Assistant involves helping to run Eco-Lit seminars with the hottest professor on campus, and even more so when Professor Fell seems quite receptive to his flirting. He's literally getting paid to ogle Aziraphale and listen to him read poetry, what could possibly be better than that? Meanwhile, Aziraphale can sense everything young Anthony is feeling and is struggling to resist the greatest temptation he's ever encountered over the course of his long existence.

*Minor Spoilers* Sure hot professors are hot, but what about hot vampire professors? Crowley is a PhD student in botany, and Aziraphale is a Literature Professor who just happens to be immortal. So when Crowley starts as Professor Fell's TA, it becomes a smoldering push and pull of temptation and resistance. An intoxicating flirtation, that will end in blissful satisfaction.

So how does environmental academia mix with a vampire story anyway? Surprisingly well actually. There's a lot of talk and banter about environmental and societal change, and it turns out that climate anxiety is a very fascinating topic to hear a vampires point of view on! This story has some really clever ideas and philosophical questions, and the setting allows it to talk about those ideas in a very engaging accessible way. It's an AU that knows it's jargon, and you may leave learning a thing or two!

For most of this you'll be fine in public. At the start it is certainly suggestive, but not too explicit. Lots and lots of flirting, daydreams, and temptations. Enough to really get your blood flowing. When it finally gets super steamy you'll know, so savour those bits for some privacy. It's deliciously naughty, but so enthusiastically consensual and tender! Overall, such a fascinating story with some really cool world building and characterization. A win for fans of simp Crowley!

*Minor Spoilers* If you haven’t read this one yet, you need to change that right now!! This one is so FUN! I had been following this as a WIP and every update felt like an event. Seriously it may be one of the most entertaining stories I've read.

Dr. Crowley is a brand new professor at Eden University, and he is forced to share an office with the terror that is Dr. Aziraphale Eastgate. It starts when Crowley starts moving some of his files in, and Aziraphale is NOT having it. What follows is an escalating prank war, and gosh they are so fun. I love that the pranks were (relatively) harmless, and never mean spirited. Annoying, cumbersome, messy, but never mean. Eventually this leads to a mandatory staff retreat where oops! There’s only one bed! Things escalate, of course, but greater things are to come once they combine forces against the forces of evil (aka Gabriel)

This had me honest to god laughing out loud. Truly the best use of images in a fic. Watching our boys rile each other up is always such a treat. They know how to get under each other's skin in the best way possible. Don't mistake the humor for shallowness though! This fic has some beautiful moments, especially when our pair open up to each other about their pasts.

There is so so much to enjoy here. Mostly safe in public, though there are a handful of explicit sex scenes so be prepared for that.

Azalea Fell meets Antoinette Crowley at her first roller derby bout with a new league. After an incident leads to a trip to A&E, the two are drawn to one another but Crowley is reluctant to potentially ruin a great friendship for something more.

*Minor Spoilers* I'm super totally normal about this one. I've been on an ineffable wives obsession this week and that was largely due to this fic. This is everything I want in a wives story! It's fun, engaging, creative, and a total win for lesbians.

Azalea and Crowley are derby girls on rival teams. I love the derby use here because, well it's hot, but also it's a fun sport that I can totally understand these two enjoying. Crowley is obvious to understand, it's physical and aggressive, outside the norm, and again hot. But the hard work here was to make Azalea fit in this space. The author does this by giving us a character that has already done some of the work of leaving her repressive past behind. She's uniquely herself, has a strong moral code, still hates customers and selling books, and has a sense of fashion and style that doesn't give a damn what other people think. She's still our sexy bookseller, but with tattoos and skates! Ugh tattooed omens is like catnip to me!

But the setting also works because it's well crafted! If you didn't have an obsession with the Elliot Page movie Whip It like I did, and don't know anything about roller derby, there's no worry here. You'll be able to follow right along. And the side characters fit into this word great! Ana was a surprise use, and one that I enjoyed! I feel like we usually see a Gabriel type character in the role that Ana fills here, so I loved the shake up. Plus, CAT. It's an instant win for me when there's a cat.

And did I mention it's hot?? The sex scenes in here are a little shorter, but excellent, and something to keep thinking about afterwards for sure. It's mostly safe in public overall, but for me I devoured it in one sitting at home. It's set up well for something to read in smaller bits but I cannot resist a good binge read. It's also clearly setting up for a sequel and honey, I'm seated. I'm subscribed and ready to go the moment more of this series drops. Already after my first draft of this post we got one! So I will end with a reminder to always subscribe to your favorite authors, because if I hadn't been I may have missed another entry to this universe and I'm an addict to these girls.
