Can you write a tobias "four" eaton headcanons as your older brother/father figure but y/n ran away from Abnegation?
I’m not entirely sure that is what you meant, but I wrote as Y/N changing factions and leaving Abnegation, I hope it’s similar to what you had in mind :)
Four:
You and your brother had only known Abnegation since you were born
Both of you hated it there, especially because of your father
But also because you were poor and were still expected to give
And you did, you liked helping the factionless
Still, it felt like a slightly miserable life
You knew it wouldn’t be this bad without your father making it worse
But at least Tobias always protected you no matter what
He often took beatings for you to avoid you getting hurt
Until one day he chose another faction and went to Dauntless
You hated to say goodbye to him, but hoped he would be happier there
If Tobias was anything, it was brave, that was for sure
He said goodbye to you, promising to keep an eye on you
In fact, he often visited without anyone knowing
But before he left, he made another promise to you
That no matter what faction you chose, he would be there for you
As the day came closer, you doubted which one to choose
You knew you needed to leave Abnegation, you refused to stay
To condemn yourself to that for the rest of your life
Even if you knew everyone would look down on you, you had to go
The only person that seemed to support you no matter what was Tobias
He always had your back, and was determined to keep doing so
You heard things about a guy called Four in Dauntless
Soon after your brother joined it, and you wondered if it was him
Judging by his fame, he was very important in that faction
You made your choice, and he was always by your side
If you chose Dauntless, Tobias (Four) stood by your side
He helped you in whatever way he could, training you
Trying to make you even stronger to pass the exams
If you chose Amity, Candor or Erudite, he would still support you
Visiting you often, making sure you’re okay, that you’re safe
Making sure you’re ready to pass the tests
So you don’t become factionless
Tobias is your older brother and will always be
Which means he will always protect you no matter what
