Four sword headcanon
I like seeing how different people try to explain how four's combing works. So I like to explain my headcanon for it.
In the manga when link ( I'm referring to him as link, before becoming the hero of four sword) when first pulls the four sword. I noticed that the colors split off of green. And green at the end of the manga, is the one putting the sword in the stone. The colors all fuse with him again. So, I like to think that greens body is like a host body for the colors. In the manga its somewhat stated that he's the "OG" link. Also, most of the time green is in control, but can let, say blue take control, for a while ( that's what I like to think for the LU comic.)
Bonus
When the colors are four, and say go through a battle, they all remember what has happened together; but when their split up they have own memories. That aren't shared when joined again.
And the colors are like their own person
