i have this hc where 14 learns how to control the regenerative energy within himself to the point where he actively makes his body age along with donna, growing old with his best mate and their family - at peace with himself because this time he knows everything is going to be fine, his next self got this.

no but- that prompt of the robot learning to come to terms with feelings and stuff???? imagine that but it’s actually the Not-Things learning how to deal with the human emotions and whatnot that came with copying the Doctor and Donna?????

i mean c’mon do you really think that if Donna had stayed longer in that spaceship she wouldn’t eventually get to the Not-Things and maybe even bond with them????

i mean i can TOTALLY see donna trying to see Not-Donna’s side and trying to help her have a change of heart!! i bet she’d even grow fond of her doppelgänger eventually, braiding her hair and teaching her things about humanity like one does to a child just discovering the world, and she would probably give her a nickname too - like Notty, and Not-Doc for the Not-Doctor - because “it feels to weird to call you by my name, you already look like me, mate” i mean pls someone give me that!!!!
