Well I had a fun time recreating the movement style of a side-view perspective RPG Maker game (Lisa the Painful as the best example) in Godot over the course of a few days.

Next up I'd want to add to this is ladders and jumping off ladders.

Unironically, and I mean this in a good way, I think watching TommyInnit has helped me iron out the remains of “cringe culture” way of thinking. Because yeah, he does a lot of weird stuff in public, but at the end of the day, he’s just a dude having fun, and it’s not hurting anyone. And I think seeing him go through whatever wild idea of his it is this time around for the sake of entertainment, just going for it, has genuinely made me more comfortable about just existing in public. From “annoying at first” to realizing the kid is actually super clever and funny, and “secondhand embarrassment” to realizing that he’s just a guy having fun and it’s alright-- idk if this makes that much sense, but genuinely, I’m glad I watch him.
