i was also wondering about this. cause like. if we look back to what quequeeg said about the middle, how they take your tongue and they take your mind all for the pretense of family- setting aside heath having the id of quequeeg *also* it suddenly gets a little scary! its not a change that you can really notice from the outside because goddamn heath slides into the vibes of the middle and ricardo specifically *really* well but it does make me wonder. the anger over everything could very easily be taken to the book of vengeance. i dont think cathy was safe in that mirror world </3

Like silly jokes aside the middle getting this reputation as the "nice" ones and all the talk about how Ricardo would adopt kira and be nicer to her is just... okay but that IS the middle it's all about having excuses to be violent and lord people around.
