Agshskfkdga I just thought.... hmm tea has caffeine, not as much as coffee but naturally occurring caffeine can really wake you up sometimes. For the anon I would recommend a caffeine free rooibos tea, maybe with agave for sweetness. It can be vegan and tastes yummy. Drink at least an hour before bed and try and avoid anything carbonated. Xo
