I saw pics of a 1910s electrical substation that had been renovated into a modern residential. Since I can't afford it in real life, I obviously had to replicate it for Foxfire.

I turned it into a 2-suite rowhouse though as I felt like playing with the color schemes. Mostly unfurnished for now because I have no idea who will live here.

Foxfire Forest turned 6 years old today 🥳

ooh love your community center! such a great idea. could you maybe post some floorplans at some point? I'm curious abou the layout of the different "areas". (and where did you get the stone and wood sign in front of the center please? looks very cool!)

Aw, thank you! The sign outdoors is a 4t2 conversion of Growing Together waterfall sign that I put together for this lot. I'll try to share it sometime soon.

The building is connected to the music store on the right and to a currently still unbuilt lot at the back.

The giant tree is actually on the music store's side and I couldn't remove it for the pic easily, so here's another angle:

Lot: Lighthouse (Storm)

When we last visited this house (over a year ago oof), we had a bunch of birthdays: Troy and Vera reached elderhood, and Paloma grew up to an adult.

Troy's fish shop reopened after a renovation with an expanded selection of frozen products. Alicia tried dating, but the first attempt had more jokes and less art enthusiasm than she would prefer.

At the end of the round, Paloma moved out to study at Rustfall University, almost a six-hour trip away from Foxfire.
