Fringe Fanzine!

So @notaboutfate and I are officially putting together an online Fringe Fanzine for Tumblr. We are planning on having rotating themes, and starting to publish issues online in June. The theme for June will be Alternate Universes (this can mean crossovers, Redverse-centric work, “what if” fics, speculation, or however else you may interpret the concept of “AU”.) If you want your work to be featured in the first issue (which will be posted on the 25th of June), the submission deadline is June 1st.

Here are some basic submission guidelines:

For fanfiction, one-shots are preferred. If you wish to submit a chaptered work, we can only publish one chapter per issue per author.

For art, we will accept up to three pieces per issue per artist.

We can only feature one fan-comic per issue, and it can only be five pages long.

For other visual content (ex. cosplay, sculpture, etc.), we can accept two entries per issue per creator.

For other written content (ex. meta/analysis, speculation, essays), we can accept three entries per issue per creator.

There are no word count limits for written content! Your written content can be as long or short as you wish (as long as it’s at least one full paragraph.)

Generally, NSFW submissions will not be published. However, certain issues (ex. romance-themed) may feature this type of content.

In addition to fans who wish to contribute on their own terms, we are also looking for a few (hopefully 5-10) regular contributors who are willing and able to provide quality content for at least every other monthly issue, as well as people who can provide services such as proofreading. If you wish to apply as a Regular, please contact Margo @notaboutfate and submit the following application to her submissions box:
