It is quite easy to clean standard slippers or slides. But it is very difficult t clean your fur slides due to additional layers of fur over the slides. Nowadays, custom made slides are in trend. You should consider adding them to your slides collection and know how to clean them. Here, I have described various steps for cleaning your fur slides:
1. Deodorize
If the slides are producing a bad smell, then you should first deodorize them. You should do it one night before cleaning the slides. You just need to sprinkle baking soda on the slides and leave it overnight. In the morning, remove the baking powder and move on to the next step.
2. Take A Soap And Wash Cloth
You should start cleaning your fur slides with the help of wash clothes. First of all, you should rub some liquid soap on your washcloth. It is recommended that you should wash your fur slide with a gentle cloth. After that, gently scrub all the sides of the slide. Make sure that pay extra attention to the area which is looking extremely dirty.
3. Get Rid Of Serious Stain
If there are some tough stains on your slides, then you should rub an old toothbrush on them. After that, you should start rubbing your slide with a little amount of water. Apply a little amount of soap on the region where tough stains are formed on the fox fur slides.
4. Remove Excess Soap
Finally, it is time to get rid of excess soap from the slides. You should wash your slides with clean water until excess soap is removed. You should make sure that water coming out from the slide is clear and does not contain soap particles anymore. Now, it is time to let your slides dry properly.
5. Use A Hairdryer
If you are in hurry and want your slides immediately, then you can dry your slides with hairdryers.
