Jake and Alex sat in Alex's room, reading comics.

"Alex, I'm bored..." Jake whined.

"Hi Bored, I'm Alex," Alex said, not even looking up from his comic.

Jake just stared over at Alex, and then he got up and started knocking on the walls, one by one.

Alex looked up from his comic, feeling confused. "What are you doing?"

"I'm trying to see which of these walls is the fourth wall." Jake says, now looking at you. "Oh hi. Wow, you look so weird. Your world must be so much more bland than ours. Don't worry, Fox is coming up with a new story. He's just... Trying to find a title, and figure out how he really wants it to go." Jake starts picking his nose,staring you down.

Alex throws a pillow at Jake. "Good job, you found th fourth wall, and broke it. As he said though, Fox is coming up with a new story. Just please be patient. I'm sure he would probably be happy if you were excitedly patient though." Alex looks over at Jake. "Stop that, Jake. It's gross."

At work tonight a guy wouldn't take his fries because my coworker put napkins in the bag on top of them after doing the other things saying he's worried about the spread of the virus. If I didn't want to keep my job I would have asked him if he was that worried why was he getting fast food in the first place. I'm not trying to say it's bad to be worried about the spread but I'm just saying as fast food place can easily be a hot spot for it. The only way we could have guarantee that this guy's food to have very little potential of carrying the virus would be to make everything fresh and change gloves after every little part of the food prep and that is just impossible at a fast food place. Ever after doing all that it would still be possible to happen cuz each part of the food comes from all over and there are well over ten employees going in and out and dealing with customers over the course of the day. Not to mention the napkins sit next to the window kinda out in the open and people in their cars don't always feel the need to wear a mask cuz there in the drive though and are less then 2 meters way from those napkins so it ain't the gloves he should be worried about. Also I would like to point out that the area my work and anyone working there or just going there is in one of the least infected areas in my part of the country.

Anyway YES you should be concerned with the spread of the virus but if your going to be paranoid about it getting fast food should be the last thing you want to do.

What do you do?

I'm a Systems Engineer, which is a fancy way of saying I'm the engineer who wrangles all the other engineers into making something cohesive. I specialize in software and communication systems. I've spent the last decade building things to keep people safe and healthy, and G-d willing I will continue to be able to do so. I've been trained as a combat medic (civilian staff) and have had one deployment. It was ... interesting.

What do you blog?

Generally things I enjoy or interest me. You'll see lots of Jewish stuff, some cute animals, airplanes, technical stuff, history, philosophy, video games, and political stuff. Why so many things? The power of Autism and ADHD.
