me: -briefly sits back and contemplates-

me: -out loud to myself- Religion and my parents taught me to hate myself before *any* outside influence kicked in. -resumes scrolling-

semi-interesting development:

my currently oversized men’s department cargo pants are now so big that i can comfortably wear fleece-lined leggings under them if i need to.

but according to weather speculations, due to the massive el niño formation in the pacific, we’re expecting a milder winter.

bearing that in mind, it’s still nice to have the option should a severe cold snap roll through.

ANOTHER interesting development:

the large popcorn and soda combo is kinda wasted on me now that i’ve basically shrunk my stomach, which means a nice bit of savings at the movie concessions.

after a bit of research, i figured that the painful period i just experienced is due to organ prolapse brought on by my weight loss.

my internal organs (all of them apparently) are shifting around in what can now be considered increasing negative space, so there’s gonna be some (sometimes painful) wackness involved while things get re-situated.

maybe i should consider part-time waist training or some form of compression garment? it’s worth looking into imho.

i just scrolled through all the selfies i took of my progress the first two weeks (including the retakes), and all i can say is “holy crap, this is actually working.”

a part of me says i really shouldn’t be surprised but the rest of me is telling that part to stfu lol

yeah my right knee is a tad sore from the plyo, but that’s small potatoes in the grand scheme of things, b/c i’m pretty much always gonna be sore from plyo b/c i tend to not jump b/c boobs in spite of having/wearing “bounce reducing” bras (which brings me back to that post about my bra shopping frustration in wal-mart).

it’s a vicious cycle.

but maybe i’ll be better able to get into my 40DD bra again.

my heart monitor watch is a dick.

it has a mind of its own, and likes to start and stop on a whim.

good thing i worked out with heavier weights today so maybe i won’t completely undo all my hard work. ~_~;
