Super excited!

I just got my Jillian Michaels Killer Cardio DVD and I can’t wait to try it out! Jillian Michaels’ workouts are always a killer (no joke). They always leave me sweaty afterwards. And full of smiles, because I LOVE a good workout!

I also just ordered Jillian Michaels Killer Arms & Back DVD. I’m getting ready to add these to my exercise calendar for June AS WE SPEAK.

Time to hit the gym - feat. Kai, my pup nephew.

Today was workout 3 of Jillian Michael’s Body Shred. My legs are jell-o! Even with multiple breaks to throw a ball for Kai. Or to chill his excitement about me throwing myself into the air randomly.

Just started the 60 day bodyshred again! (I started before but didn't make it very far 😒) 😃 I'm wiped out now but I can't wait to see how my body changes with this programme. I won't give up this time!
