Jehan and Enjolras entered a sexual relationship after Enjolras awkwardly bumped into him at a play party. Enjolras was a newbie there to watch and Jehan was a regular Dom with a few sub friends at his feet. The next week Jehan took Enjolras there on a collar and leash.

Modern Montparnasse had a run in with the Vory V Zakone, and Jehan's quick tongue got him out of a very dangerous situation. It's one of the main reasons Montparnasse wont let the Patron-Minette even think about harming him.

There were rumors about a marriage last year, apparently an article confirmed them, I am not sure if it's real and Ben confirmed them personally, but if he's happy we are all happy after all
