I dunno about you guys but today I’ve had the best day in...weeks? I’m in an emotional situation that forces me to shut out a lot and with it I shut out people and activities I love. Which is bullshit. And I’m working on it. And today, I felt good. I drew, worked, wrote, exercised. If you’re in a dark place yourself, I encourage you to think of something, anything, that will make you feel more like yourself again, and DO that. Even it’s just a tiny “meaningless” thing. It changes everything.
