After four months of assembly in Oman's southern most port of Salalah, skipper Paul Standbridge has been stretching the legs of Oman Sail's new Arabian 100 (A100) trimaran during sea-trials off the Omani coast. Now named Majan, after the ancient name for Oman, Oman Sail's new flagship is now operational and is heading into the Gulf and a tour of neighboring countries.
For the fourth consecutive year WindPath will be sponsoring the Stamford Harbor Parade of Lights. The annual parade takes place the first Saturday after thanksgiving with dozens of boats sporting impressive light displays, some integrating live and recorded music. Previous years have drawn thousands of spectators and we look forward to another great event for 2009. Take a look at some of the photos from past years here: Photo Gallery. This year's parade will be held on Saturday November 28th.
