Hello we certainly can! or rather, tell me more--I don’t know a thing about them yet but as I say, intrigued.
It’s interesting because I see France obvs as this biiiig romantic, and Estonia as not generally so into that stuff--but he makes an exception? I can see France not thinking much about him or knowing him at all, until he does and then oh he’s just adorable, so charming and smart and handsome and these days also so confident and poised which is also attractive, so France is happily smitten? Also, the world will probably explode because of all the sparkles.
