I can see that Crafty seems to have a luck symbol! Was she one of the ones you renamed? O:
Yes!
Crafty is one of the few that I’ve changed almost completely. In fact she’s been changed to a male character. Going by LuckyCorn now, despite his name he is one of the most unluckiest critter’s you’ll ever meet. Slipping on thin air, getting drenched in puddles— but still making time to making others smile. He wears golden horseshoes for good luck but they’ve had mixed results.
Down below is actually how he was introduced in the show! Dogday had seen his tail swishing from behind a bush and started to play with it— sparking their friendship!
did i not??? post these either ?????
I love how both in Canon and in so many different AUs, it shows that Cartoon DogDay and Cartoon CatNap are best buddies. I was legit so happy when I first saw that picture in the vhs thing and realizing it was the 2 buddies hugging!
And with your AU having DogDay also acting as a service dog, that amplifies that friendship even more to me 😭
Before Catnap’s introduction in the show, DogDay had no aim besides being the leader— all the other characters had their own hobbies and jobs but DogDay was left on the wayside. Catnap was introduced not just for more profit, he was made for DogDay. Children watching the show admired their friendship and Playtime capitalized on it.
After Catnap was introduced, it was rare to ever see DogDay without him.
So, is the factory on the surface or is some of it is underground? Since in canon, we are getting much deeper into Earth’s core as the chapters go on.
No there will not be a Journey to the Center of the Earth in this AU (un)fortunately.
The factory is actually spilt into two parts, The “Play” Factory and the actual Factory.
I will go more into detail in a future post after this semester ends, this school has been kicking my ass.
Tho I am wondering. WHOS LUCA??? Is that ur protagonist??? Or is it someone from PPT? Are they ur OC?
I wasn’t expecting to receive this question so soon but, a quick lesson in evolutionary biology can’t hurt.
LUCA stands for Last Universal Common Ancestor. It’s the blueprint for all life on Earth, from the bacteria, plants, animals— us. We are all ‘Children of LUCA’. There is also FUCA (First Universal Common Ancestor) but it isn’t considered the main link between all life on here today.
Of course, the one that asked you this question would also call you by that name.
I’m dreading for your redesign of Mommy Long Legs. I already adore your Huggy Wuggy design, I’m sure she would be just as creepy.
I’m not quite done with her, so I don’t want to show her off just yet. She’s been changed a lot in comparison to her in-game counterpart.
But what I can say is, the toy she’s made from isn’t a ‘Mommy’ Longlegs— her name is Madame Longlegs.
Update on Frameshift's situation
I haven't been able to find anyone willing to help with spritework, and believe me, I've been trying. However, that does not mean Frameshift is dead. I've been planning this AU for far too long to just let it go, and while I do have a few ideas on how the new plan will go I'm still not completely sure which one I'll use. Frameshift will be on hiatus for at least a week while I figure out where to go next. In the meantime, I'll just leave behind a few facts to keep the four of you occupied. - Frameshift was not given its name to ride off Storyshift's popularity; in fact, that thought didn't even occur to me until the title had already been used in the blog URL. To quote Wikipedia, "A frameshift mutation (also called a framing error or a reading frame shift) is a genetic mutation caused by indels (insertions or deletions) of a number of nucleotides in a DNA sequence that is not divisible by three." Take that how you will. - The name of the yellow flower missing one petal, in case you forgot to read the tags, is Vagabond. I'm not confirming who he is yet. - Thanks to the tragic death of the last Royal Scientist, the position has been abolished, and the CORE has since fallen into disrepair as simpler methods of powering the Underground have been created. Now, for those of you wondering why Asriel was wearing a labcoat in one of the images FNAFredux and I showed before he left, I'm not confirming anything. - The Ruins will not be the first area to be entered, but it still exists in the same place. I'll be back as soon as possible, but for now I really ought to get working on what comes next.
