I was reading a fanfic and I just noticed that in most fanfics nations meet up at anytime and have no problem traveling back and forth

But I think it’s fun to imagine them having to actually book a flight and wait for hours at the airport and in the plane just to meet up.

So here’s a bunch of ships and how many hours it would take them to visit each other by plane.

(Add about 2 hours to all of these for security controls and boarding)

Gerita: 3h 20m (Venice-Berlin)

Spamano: 2h 30m (Rome-Madrid)

FrUK: 1h 30m (Paris-London)

USUK: 7h 10m (London-Washington D.C.)

Franada: 7h 30m (Paris-Ottawa)

I’d write down more but I couldn’t find any flights for some of them, so I guess they’ll have to travel by train

Also, I imagine they would be stopped by the airport security a lot for traveling back and forth so often
