Roommate moved out of my apartment today with no warning, and no means of contact so i can’t even hunt him down asking for an explanation.

So fucking great, looking for a new roommate AGAIN this year. No ifs, ands, or buts, they’ll have to be added as a tenant not an occupant this time.
