finally designed another summoner. frank joy is musashis summoner and apart of a terrorist group that wants sereph for some mysterious reason. hes skilled with a knife and those skills are enhanced to inhuman levels by musashis "blessing" though hes decent with firearms as well. not sure when hed show up in the story. might even be a reoccuring threat. i already have a bit of a fight between him and stephanie choreographed in my head though. might storyboard it at some point.
