My sister and I re-watched the Thumb movies earlier after at least a decade and it’s amazing how much of it I have memorized.
And it all aged pretty well other than one or two bits.

Treehouse of Horror XIV Season 15 - Episode 1 | November 2, 2003 Welcum to Treehouse of Horror! featuring a grim reaper one and a jerry lewis one, and the stopwatch one. This is a pretty good Treehouse Show, all things considered. Homer Simpson has to be a grim reaper and harvest marge’s soul. It’s a fine segment but oh wait i should wait till i get to the b-sode The second segment features famous monster Jerry Lewis as Dr. Frink’s actual papa! Now that Jerry is “Very” dead, this segment comes off in bad taste or perhaps a peek into what’s to come. Mayhaps we revive this bitch to turn hi into a real frank?? Who Knows> I am writing 9 of these in a row, that’s why they are so bad okay. Anyway the last one has Bart and Milhouse, the most famous example of BEST FRIENDS there is, and they stop time alright! they are of an age from before you become a sexual being, so they don’t do any of the expected stuff like suck each others dicks in front of their frozen-in-time parents, mocking them, but they do other stuff. The ending is very funny and features hula hoops and watching it now I realized I accidentally stole it for a comic I drew once where two guys are at a wedding and the bride and groom and entire wedding party are all hula hooping and the one guy leans into the other guy and says “this wedding sucks” THE B-SODE:
Family Guy: Death is a Bitch Season 2 - Episode 6 | March 21, 2000 I love this episode of family dude and i totoally remember thinking the simpsons basically ripped it off. They really did! WOW. I guess they took it different places and this one has the best character ever in family guy: death voiced by norm macdonald. the worst character ever in family guy is death voiced by adam carolla. I watched this when i was HIGH on DRUGS and I was all like “wooww heha hah imagine just paling around with death himself... man this cartoon is a trip!”
Frankenthumb Direct-to-video short | 2002 HOLY FUCKING DIARRHEA, BATTHUMB. I never watched any of these before and I a FLOORED by how bad they are. I like, couldn’t even watch it ironically. Instead I started doing my famous “smoking weed’ vines during them (this is where i film myself saying “SMOKING WEED!” and making a face). They are completely ugly to look at and so off-putting. It take a real special kind of autistic child to find this appealing. God bless them.
Donkey Kong Country: "The Day the Island Stood Still" Season 3 - Episode 4 | January 19, 2000 Holy fuck this show sucks even worse than those fucking thumb things! Atrocious animation. Atrocious script. The story sucks. Everything about this sucks. So here’s the story: They have a magic object in their living room and DK carelessly says “I wish I could sleep forever” and aparently the magic thing grants wishes. So for some unexplained reason this also means not only is DK asleep but also time freezes for it to happen. Why would that be part of it. Also, by time freezing, they mean the sun stays in place, clocks stop, and some machinery stops, but then like, everything else is fine. Everyone moves around freely. Also some machinery works fine, like king k’rule’s surveilence cameras which are George Burns level magic where it’s just always pointed at DK no matter what. The solution to getting DK out of a sound sleep is to do some weird spell on him that is so retarded it’s like, gutting how dumb it is. Like, why a magic spell to snap him out of it? JUST INTRODUCE THE FACT THAT DK TALKS IN HIS SLEEP AND THEN MANIPULATE HIS DREAMS (PERHAPS WITH A MACHINE THAT ZAPS YOU INSIDE HIS BRAIN) TO GET HIM TO WISH TO BE AWAKE. It’s no wonder this show is CANADIAN
