How *long* is the list?

I believe that in this case it would bo, like crossbow, as another meaning of bow, with that pronunciation, would be “an arc, curve, or bend”. The definitions for bou don’t seem to have a connotation that would work.

Okay, thank you so much T^T I think I’ve been sitting in front of my computer listening to my own spoken words for too long.  I knew I was wrong lol.  How particularly embarrassing lol (I say as I openly admit it)
